Came for the spa and overnight experience. The staff were all very polite, kind and approachable. The space throughout is very clean. Facilities are geat and the grounds/garden is well maintained. Building is dated but it looks like they are working on that.

I would never join this club after trying it a few times. It's really hard to find a parking spot, the yoga classes are packed and you end up touching/ bumping into people around you or vice versa (maybe some people like That! ). You have to sign up a week ahead for spinning and (3 days?)trx. I usually plan that like maybe an hour ahead of time so that wouldn't work for me. Then the narrow corridor of lockers reserved for us non-locker renters is cramped and crowded. I did however enjoy the steam room and it is a nice facility but just too crowded. Plus there's this superficial kind of fake aura about the place one star for steam room and showers and one for cleanliness of the facility.

Nice rpm with comfortable king sized bed. Great shower. Keurig coffee maker. Both concierges were most helpful. Slow wifi

I visited White Oaks for a special dinner event and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The facility is top-notch, immaculate and tastefully decorated. The meal, a 9 course tasting menu, was absolutely phenomemal. Our server was personable and professional, suggesting perfect wine pairings for our meal. I had a wonderful evening and would absolutely do it again.

Great service. Pricey but I didn't feel ripped off as the food was really good. Too expensive to eat on anything but a special occasion. The wine selection is amazing and I love how the chefs incorporate local foods.

Crappy front desk staff that do not care. Unable to find my reservation through expedia and blame me for booking with expedia. Lady asks me to pay a higher price than the price I agreed to as she cannot find my booking. Mistake on their end. Rooms are old and tacky. Pool area not too clean. Bad experience overall. Front desk staff call and bother you at 10 pm and 11 pm demanding payment for services which can be paid on checkout as you can with every hotel. I advised them that it was my anniversary however they seemed to make my experience worse than just a regular stay. I did not even stay the full night as I was getting consistent disturbance from front desk. I am glad I left early. Will not return or recommend this unorganized place.

Great place for a little getaway. We've stayed at the White Oaks 4 times now and never disappointed. Very family friendly too. It's also a quick and scenic 15 minute drive from the main street (Queen St). Liv is a must for breakfast and Play for lunch. Great options if you're vegetarian or vegan. Try the Nilly Sandwich. The fitness facility isn't your typical hotel gym. You definitely cannot missed a workout. :) Get your shipping done across the street at the outlet mall. Oh! And don't forget to book a couple's massage. You will not regret it.
