Thinking of mashing up FAE with Diaspora - taking a nod from Sophie Legace's "Fate of the Budayeen". I plan on keeping approaches instead of skills but wondering how many aspects to allow. FAE allows for 5. Diaspora allows for 10 (5 good, 5 bad). I like the latter, but I'm wondering what problems people foresee I might encounter by using 10. Thoughts?

I'm going to disagree a little bit. I'm playing some Diaspora right now, but with FC aspects and it feels a bit limiting. Diaspora has a lot of skills. When you take those out, you're really going to change the feel of the game- so tread carefully. 5 aspects is too few, 10 is probably too many- 7 might be a good sweet spot.

Also, stunts in Diaspora are weaker and more constrained than FAE.

I miss that feeling of not knowing what the fuck I'm going to find when I walk into a comic store. I remember being a kid and walking into comic stores and just having no clue what I'd walk out with. Yeah. The usual bullshit comics everyone collected - but then there would be just complete gems you'd stumble upon like a stack of Rogue Troopers on sale or some Alberto Breccia weird thing. Now you can know exactly what you're going to buy before you even go into the store. It's so easy to stay up to date, it's actually work to not pay attention.

Digging this map for William Morris's THE SUNDERING FLOOD (and yes, totally want to read the book based on this map's awesomeness alone.)

Have only read the opening chapter. I have liked Morris's saga translations though: http://librivox.org/volsungasaga-by-magnusson-and-morris/

I've been giving my players 100XP for each picture they draw based on a game session. There's a ton of artwork now generated, so I invited most of them here and hopefully they will post it.
