Hi all,

I'm interested in hunting down a green wilderness gaming mat/space that is marked in one inch squares for gaming. Does such a thing exist?

Thank you for your help!

I was just looking for vinyl mats this week.  http://www.matsbymars.com/ does a lot of different designs, and it will overlay a variety of grids and such.  I think this is up your alley.  The dimentions are 3'x3'.  Never used them; hope to in the future.

What is your favourite piece of dungeon decor/scenery and where did it come from? Pictures encouraged :)

I'm looking for artists to contribute to Barrowmaze. I'm looking to fill drop-in spots with potential for larger pieces.

Please send me samples. Greg

I like a good rant. Well done.
As you are warned in my slug line, this blog is occasionally rants.   Time for one.   DnD 5e is coming, as we all know, and while I do not agree with some of its foes that it is the Devil, I also reject its evangelists who ...

Labyrinth Lord players will likely be interested to read this follow-up news article in The Escapist on Barrowmaze.

They are big tabletop people over there, and have played Barrowmaze in their homegame prior to dialogue with me.

Can someone please recommend a WWII miniatures ruleset? I'd like rules-lite, minimal crunchiness. Is Bolt Action the go to for this? What about miniatures? Thanks!

Avdanced quad leader has good gameplay. More of a entire battlefield play but could do squad play.

Does anybody know of a company that sells plain 28mm skeletons in a standing or prone position?

Then these are perfect. Cheap enough to use as scenery.

Can anyone suggest a source for 28-25mm braziers, or other dungeon decor, for a d&d game? I'm looking for something like the brazier statues sold previously by Mega Miniatures.

I have mine mounted on a mini base. I'll probably just end up getting more of those. Apparently Johnny L is doing a decor kick-starter in the spring

I like much of what you have here but I disagree with accessibility. I think that should be part of the game itself rather than a highway.
I've been meaning to do this for a while - list out the practices I've incorporated into building my megadungeons.  I've been running megadungeons for the past 3 years and have been building up some useful experiences.  The p...
