Exercise - It's A Beautiful Thing
Yes, exercise is a love hate relationship. I've been in the gym for over 25 years. I will share with you why so many don't follow through and drop out within 6 to 8 months.
I will also share with you how to make exercise stick for a lifetime!
Some of you can relate to these 5 reasons why you don't exercise. Do any of these sound familiar?
5 reasons NOT to exercise
1. It feels so good sitting on the couch and eating my chips, right? Who needs exercise when you can just eat away.
2. Sweating, what? That is for sissies! I don't need to sweat I can eat a hot pepper and get the same burn.
3. Exercise is simply overrated! So what if my body is slowing down. Why would exercise help? It takes time and energy. I don’t have that time to invest in me…I have to watch Netflix.
4. People! People drive me crazy. Everyone thinks they're so strong and pretty! I don't fit in. I don't want to be around those people!
5. My quality of life and health is just fine. I'm stiff, tired and achy isn't everyone else? Shoot, why should I go the extra mile? Why should I be different? Why should I care?
It's all in the perspective!
