So, I have a bet with +Wolfger Silberbaer which ends tomorrow. The bet was that Flash wouldn't be prevalent as it was when we made the bet. As part of the criteria (that I remember):

 * The Daily Show had to convert to HTML5 (afaik they didnt)
 * a site like rush.com needed to not use Flash (they converted, though there's still a flash player for music)

Though Adobe killed mobile Flash, and Linux won't have Flash on anything other than Chrome.

Not sure how to call this one.
