From the time we got to the front door until now has been incredible. The service is outstanding, the people are great and honestly seen to enjoy their jobs. The view is beautiful as well as the grounds. Facilities are also well kept. This is our second day of 6 and already very impressed. Would like to add that the food is really good. Normally room service is mediocre at best but honestly quite impressed with the taste, promptness, quality and professionalism put forth by the staff. Definitely recommended. Will update if things change but in all honesty I can't see it going anywhere but up from here.

The food was great, better than in many all inclusive resorts. However we declined the 90 minutes resort tour right at the arrival, we came to relax and enjoy our vacation, not to shop for timeshares. We were given room in bad location, outdated, stains on the walls from previous users, stained pillows, rusted mirror, etc. Also activities department was not as "active" and engaging. The tennis table was taken away early every night, so when finally in the evening when you done with the beach, trips and the sun is manageable, finally you would want to play ping pong, the ping pong table was gone and away. Overall nice location, gorgeous beach to walk. We visited the sister resort in town Rosé, and we were glad we did not choose to stay there, crowded, narrow beach with people selling you stuff and walk in front of your lounger back and forth, food terrible. The Pueblo Sunset resort was very nice, great dining, but at the Pueblo Pacifica you right at the gorgeous beach. The beach is not swimmable, the current and waves are very strong. Would not go back to this resort...once is enough.

My wife and I are in our mid/late twenties and had a fantastic Experience! From as soon as we arrived, our favorite host Alexis was there to great us with a couple of cervezas! Alexis was very helpful in aiding us with a few discrepancies with the room we booked, as well as a smooth checkout process. The guy offered to pull up the NFL game on his phone while we waited for our shuttle home! Great service. Kevin at the front desk was also very courteous, as was Ronaldo at dinner. The Bartenders down by the beach / newer restaurant were helpful and quick to make a good drink. Rooms were always clean and comfortable, nice views. Very well kept gardens on grounds. You can't swim in the ocean, but the pools are big and clean. It doesn't take much away from the experience , plus it leaves the beach virtually empty for a nice stroll. Also didn't realize how much my wife and I would appreciate not having kids at the resort. That was nice. Overall great experience. Would definitely take my wife here again.

Time here was a dream. Rooms were great and the all inclusive was easy and so delicious. You can't swim in this dude if the ocean, but they have sister hotels on the Gulf side that is available. I couldn't ask for a better vacation for the price.

I took my family here (Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos) for our Christmas vacation. This was probably my worse experience here. For those considering bringing your family with kids to Mexico, think twice. The people here are greedy and always looking to make a buck. We bought a shuttle service to the hotel and had to go find them outside the airport. When we first arrived, we were detoured to a group of counter service people. These groups of people stated themselves as our shuttle service. After talking and offering free tours and etc, I signed up to get free tour but there is a catch. They didn't tell me it was for time-share. These people represent Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resport. They tricked to me to sign and tell me just come over their hotel to pickup the tour voucher. Naive I was, I signed and gave them $80 cash deposit. The whole system is a scam. Once I signed they took me out to my actual shuttle service company. The whole entire time I thought I was talking to my shuttle service company. It was too late that I already gave them the cash and I can't go back to the counter due to the security flow. You only can go out the terminal, not in. In Mexico NOTHING IS FREE.

Perfectly nice small resort with comfortable rooms and good service. It gets quite hot because of the desert terrain.
