If dry eye is a persistent issue for you, try adding foods or vitamins into your diet which are high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish or flaxseed oil. Also be sure to stay hydrated, and avoid eye strain by giving your eyes frequent breaks whenever looking a digital screen for prolonged periods!
