Could not have asked for a better wedding dress experience! It began with being greeted and treated exactly how any bride to be should. It's a big day and picking out your dress is a large part of it. Joann was amazing and made me feel like I was the only one in the whole building. I ended up finding the perfect dress that day. My wedding day couldn't have been any better. Thank you European Bridal! ~Ashley

Most beautiful bouquet I could have ever imagined! Vickie Wenstrup & Linda Caskey were absolutely amazing to work with. I just showed up with a pinterest picture and they ran with it! They called me often enough to keep me in the loop on timelines and product shipment arrivals. Could not ask for a better experience!

After reading all of the great reviews for this location, I had high hopes and expectation for this place. I had a scheduled appointment over this past weekend. I was greeted at the door by an associate who didn't really appear to know I was coming. I showed her some ideas of what I was looking for and stated that I was more than willing to try on almost anything. She informed me of how the store was laid out then walked away to assist another customer. My family and I wondered around and started picking out a few items. The associate took the dresses after my arms were full and stuffed them into a tiny changing stall. She wasn't very prepared as she didn't have any clips or any undergarments to assist me. The first dress I tried on barely fit over my hips. I am a size 12 and understand that things will be quite tight but I'm not completely out of question with some finagling. I had just come from another bridal store near by (European Bridal) and had 0 issue regarding this matter. I tried on another dress and was disappointed, again, that the dress wouldn't fit so I informed her that she had free reign to go and grab any dresses that she felt would fit and would look flattering on me. She left me mostly naked in the little stall for about 5 minutes feeling completely awkward. She returned with a few more dresses. Only one fit me... barely. I was, then, informed by the associate that I wouldn't really fit into much within the store. She didn't appear to want to assist me as I'd asked about something in the window she was unwilling to even get down for me after several requests. The two dresses that I was able to fit into either had a broken zipper or the hem was basically separated from the entire dress. The associate indicated that this occurred from a previous client attempting to "squeeze into a dress she shouldn't have". I was never asked how I felt about a dress or felt any sort of willingness to find the right gown for my big day. At this point, I indicated that I was not having any luck and went to put my cloths on. I was completely disheartened by the entire ordeal and went back to the first store and was greeted with smiles and treated like a princess. tl;dr Don't go here if you have hips

Member: NO LONGER I am greatly disappointed in Massage Envy as a whole. I have so many issues with them it's almost stupid. 1) If you want to go to a new location, you have to re-register over and over and over. If you attempt to transfer to a no location. Good luck. Their process is basically non-existent. I attempted to do this over 3 years and it never once worked. 2) If you are behind on 1 single payment (changed a credit card and haven't given them an updated one) you can't use ANY of your pre-paid credits. 3) I had over 20 credits and went to cancel. Luckily, I was able to give them out as gifts but you have to PAY for them to be transferred. 4) I filled out the cancellation form and worked with the manager to rectify my cancelled account. Looked into my account and 2 months later THEY WERE STILL CHARGING ME. I called and they magically had no record of my cancellation. Never sign up for a membership because you will never get out of the black hole.
