Hi Guys,
I'm build rest api application on REST framework but need help me at case:

enable recursive retrieves
GET api.example.com/user/{user_id}

Read the User object and include links to lists of the sub-objects i.e.
api.example.com/user/{user_id}/channels
api.example.com/user/{user_id}/members

the /channels call would return a list of channel resources in the form (as above):
api.example.com/channel/{channel_id}

The goal of this project is to store a tree (comment thread) in a database. There are several ways to do this and a good list of references can be found at Stack Overflow. The algorithm I'll be using to create our threaded commenting system is called a Materialized Path.

With the Materialized Path algorithm each comment will store the path to itself. For instance, if we post a comment to an empty thread the path to the comment is {1}. Since there is only a single node in the path this also signifies that it is a parent node. If we post a reply to the parent node that comment will have the path {1, 2}. If another reply is posted to the parent node it will have the path {1, 3}. Finally we can post a comment to our second reply (first child) and it will have the path {1, 2, 4}. Here is a visual example of what the output should look like:

Comment 1 - Path: {1}
    Comment 2 - Path: {1, 2}
        Comment 4 - Path: {1, 2, 4}
    Comment 3 - Path: {1, 3}

Our goal for today is to build a realtime chatroom using Django, Redis, and Socket.IO. While we'll be building a chatroom the concepts can be applied to almost any web app. At a high level this post will show you how you can convert your REST based app into a realtime web app.

How to configuration connected to multiple databases activerecord mysql and neo4j on rails4??

Al Jazeera Launches Twitter Dashboard to Track Middle East Politics

Social media may have been credited with driving a lot of the uprisings and revolutions in the Middle East recently, and now it may be the best way to keep track of what’s happening in each of them. Al Jazeera has launched a Twitter dashboard that tallies daily the number of tweets about political developments in Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Bahrain, visually tracking the number of tweets from and about each region as well as the “hashtag distribution for each country.”

It’s an easy to understand system that may continue to push Al Jazeera further into the mainstream of international news coverage, following its already-lauded coverage of the Egyptian uprising. Expect to see CNN and Fox News claiming it was their idea in three… two…
