Basic Information
I started seeing Mikki because I wanted to loose a few pounds. After having two children amd my youngest was three, I was ready to focus on me and get my body back. What I wasn't prepared for was how much great food I did not know about and also how much food played a part in whatever emotions I was playing. We first focused on my food, but after changing eating habits I was open and ready to focus on emotions and feelings with my family, work/life balance that I had never focused on. Mikki does not impose her opinions, she offers facts and asks questions. Many answers come from yourself, she helps you find them. Mikki's approach was tailored to me, she helped me find the right solutions that fit my body and beliefs. It's been about a year since I hired Mikki as my health and life coach. I have a better outlook now on work/life balance and have grounded myself with new tools on how to handle beliefs that might be holding me back.  I highly recommend Mikki to anyone who wants to be better, period. While you do focus on food, I am not only better to myself in how I treat myself, think of myself and feed myself; but this affects my family, friends and co-workers. I am a happier, healthier me and Mikki was my guide through that process.
