Check out my nephew's single from his first album coming out soon.  It's worth a listen.

Do you think our economy is strong enough to handle 5% mortgage rates?

Story
Introduction
You found me!  Maybe.  Anyway, currently I live in the beautiful and scenic town of Sandpoint, ID.  And, it also happens to be my birth place.  You may be wondering, "Why would anyone want to still be living in their home town when their are so many cool places to live in the world?"  Good question.  Well, I went around lived in some great areas including Portland, OR which is still my favorite city.  But, nothing really compared.  I live in a community of great people, great skiing, I am close to many incredible climbing areas, and we have some of the best fly fishing in the west.  But, don't tell anyone -- it's our little secret.  So, if your in the neighborhood drop in.  But, remember on thing.  Great people, great food, great outdoors, but understated.  No, glam here.  It doesn't suite our way of life -- down to earth healthy livin, lively partying, and lots of skiing, climbing, sailing, and whatever else you see fit to do in the woods.
Bragging rights
Founded Sandpoint's first indoor climbing gym -- ya!

Great restaurant! I have the lamb chops and they were done to perfection. My girlfriend had the Idaho trout and it was cooked just like my mother (a professional cook) would have cooked it for me as a child; crispy edible tail, the meat most and tasty. They have a great wine selection and the best beer menu of any sit down restaurant in town! They also have one the best outdoor seating areas of any restaurant in town! With nice sun all day for afternoon drinks on the patio.

Best soups in town. And, pies as good as mom makes! What is more, they have the best priced lunch in town.
