I'm split between 4 and 3. Service is very good, definitely a 5. The food though is ok, but nothing to write home about. It could be to do with the fact that this was the first restaurant we visited on Bali so maybe I would revise after a few days. The daily special was OK, the chicken curry with coconut milk that my friend had rather good. I liked that the place is rather small 6-7 tables and on the second floor overlooking a side street.

Great price and yes, reservation needed for 2 days in advance if you want to get a guaranteed seat. French owner Geraldine was kind to see my persistent visit and offer me a place without reservation. And their pricing is reasonable for their superb service. Curry rice is possibly one of the best I have tasted before.

Who would think that you might actually need a reservation for a local cafe in Ubud? Every table was booked when we ate here. French owner Geraldine runs a terrific little Warung here on back street Jalan Gootama. Their "Fried Noodles with Chicken" was - in reality- Thai Kway Teow Gai, and tasted like the best we could get in Thailand. Go there.

Food is very good for the price. Excellent service. It's a very small restaurant on the 2nd floor.

Lovely dining experience this little "warung". Please RSVP due to limited tables and popularity of this eatery. Food is delicious and service is great. All seems to happy working there.
