Towels, and blankets and storage, oh my!
A lot of people hang on to things, because they don't know what to do with them.  There are a number of resources available for donating a myriad of items.

Here are a few: stacks of quilts and blankets.  Many community service groups are desperate to get their hands on enough blankets to  give to their clientele.  They rarely have enough to go around. Are you short on storage?  Round up those unused blankets and donate them today.

Bath towels: How many towels and 'rags' do you really need?  Think about how the number of towels you use in a week, set aside a few more for guests, and donate the rest.  Animal shelters welcome old towels, torn sweat shirts or any soft item to help a sheltered animal feel warm and safe.

Think of all that storage space you just acquired while at the same time putting unused items back into your community.
