They were quick and expeditious in getting me parked and to the airport, Benny waiting 40 minutes for pickup and when I call the company it keeps Ringing. Got no information on ETA nor can I speak with anyone. ...

One of their vans hit me while driving at the airport. The driver admitted fault and so I did not call the police to save everyone time and trouble. What did I get in return? Denial that the accident was the driver's fault and a big bill for the damages to my rental car from the rental car company. My insurance ended up paying for the damage to the rental car but the company that Payless uses to deal with their accidents is now charging me for loss of use of the rental car and an administrative fee totaling $246.00.

After reading a few negative reviews, I was skeptical.. My experience was of complete satisfaction.. I was picked up after parking my vehicle,immediately.. Upon arrival, I waited less than 5 minutes to be returned to my vehicle.. The drivers were helpful and courteous.. Tommy M. mesa, AZ.

Close to airport, fair prices (not cheap or expensive), shuttles are very frequent so you get to/from airport quickly, lot feels safe, some eccentric shuttle drivers are sort of entertaining. I tried a cheaper lot and it was horrible so am sticking to these guys.

Going here wasn't worth the few dollars I saved. They just don't seem to have enough shuttles so pickup takes forever. There were so many people waiting that we had to wait for a second shuttle to come - we ended up waiting an hour outside the terminal.

TERRIBLE! Made an online reservation with estimated times of arrival and departure. Purchased a voucher with Buy With Me. The company added 2.00 to each voucher, then charged me a full day for going over 2 hours on my time!!! Very rude people working in the booth. Unprofessional and unethical. Will be disputing all the extra charges with my credit card company and BBB. Had to wait twice as long for their bus as with any other of the shuttle buses. I travel alot... this was the worst parking experience ever.

I have parked here before and never had issues. I did not have my confirmation number and read on the park n fly (their main affiliate whom I had made the reservation with) that it was fine, they could look it up by your first and last name. To sum it up, I was forced to pay twice, because there was a line and she couldn't wait any longer, I just needed to pay and leave. I spoke with park n fly customer service, and a complain was put through, but no follow up from them either. The drivers have always been excellent but I would rather pay more each day, than have to pay the whole thing twice. At this point I don't even want my refund, they can just keep the money, it's not worth the trouble.
