Last video from the SFR SCCA regional race weekend at Thunderhill. Started 9th and finished 8th. There was a good 4-car battle forming at the end of the race, but I ran out of laps before I could capitalize.

My podium finish from the last race weekend. I had the class lead for quite awhile, but gave it up to my team mate. We battled the rest of the race for the win, but I couldn't get past him.

Will Lotus win their first race this year? Kimi looked really good in Hungary.

Another race from last weekend. Started 5th, battled for 4th, and kept up with the leaders, but just couldn't close the gap. Still, I'll take a top 5 finish.

Short race for me on Saturday. Got hit in the first lap and retired due to a tire rub that almost cut down the right rear tire. The rest of the weekend went much better, more videos to come.

Highlights from the SCCA Group 5 race at Sonoma Raceway on July 7. Started and finished 4th in class, not a lot of position changes. The cars ahead of me in my class were all on Hoosier SM6 tires while I was getting by on my (slower) Toyo RA1's.

I battled with the #14 car for most of the race, but it was only for bragging rights since we run in different classes.

Incredible race in Valencia today. The best F1 race we've had in quite some time. It's unfortunate that mechanical attrition played a big role in the outcome, but the racing from mid-pack to the front was absolutely amazing.

Can Pastor Maldonado make it back-to-back wins?

Monaco is one of those circuits where the driver makes a bigger difference than the car. Aero doesn't matter as much as pure mettle and the ability to dance the car on the limits for the distance.

Time for your picks for the Indy 500, the Grand Prix of Monaco, and the Coca Cola 600.

One of the best racing videos I've seen in a long time. Reminds me of the movies "Grand Prix" and "Lemans".

You can hear the straight-cut gearboxes whining as the cars pull away. You can see the bits of rubber flying off the tires. Hear the splitters scrape at the bottom of the Corkscrew. Interesting views and closeups you will never see in a broadcast.
