Shoddy services, subpar foods. The Billerica location of Sichuan Gourmet is much better!

The staff was rude, acting like I was wasting their time. I ordered the Tangerine Chicken. The chicken was dry and chewy, tasting like it was either old and kept under a heat lamp or just fried way too long. I also ordered the lo mein which tasted like it was tossed in old oil that they had been using to fry everything else that day. I had to get the attention of three different staff members for straws, silverware for my boyfriend, or even the rest of my order, because my waitress was only there to reluctantly take my order then to bring the bill after I had to ask a busboy to get it later. Worst place I've ever been in this area.

They are lairs and will rob you out. And they might change your tips after you leave. Worst EVER!!!

Some really great dishes, you need to know what to order when you come here. Anything spicy authentic Sichaun was right on, absolutely delicious but just make sure to avoid most of their Americanized chinese dishes....not very tasty. Great Chinese in Boston though and convenient location. Service when I was there was just okay but it was late Saturday night, I think they just wanted to go home.

Food is decent. Prices aren't terrible for the area, but I always feel awkward eating here. Every time I have eaten here I am the only American in the place and absolutely nobody speaks English so it is very tough to order or even ask a question about anything on the menu. Definitely a friendly place and an ok place for takeout but not really a great atmosphere or place to hang out. Felt very out of place and not welcome.

Spicy and delicious. Everything was very fresh tasting and the sauces were not too heavy.

Great food, very generous portions for the price. Service was very quick on a Saturday night. It seemed like they brought dishes out as they were ready, instead of bringing them out all at once, which is fine by me. Try the dry-fried fish and the kung pao chicken. I'm not sure I can eat regular Chinese again.

some time. My family and friends are frequent customers to Billerica and Framingham. New location is good.
