aka:The Singing CEO
Kelly Lester is an actress, singer and "juggler":
During the last two decades she has also been an entrepreneur, wife, and mother. She is the creator and CEO of EasyLunchboxes.com
, the best selling lunch boxes on Amazon, as well as the host of the musical web series "Let's Do Lunch!"
A graduate of UCLA's theatre department, Kelly has appeared in dozens of plays and musicals in the Los Angeles area and on the east coast. Early work includes The Fantasticks
opposite Tony-award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell and Grease, directed by Tony-award nominee Scott Ellis and choreographed by Tony-award winner Susan Stroman. She starred in the west coast premiere of Adding Machine: A Musical
in the starring role of Mrs. Zero. Kelly has also done television and film and can be seen in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar
as the "Head Secretary". Visit KellyLester.com
Kelly left show business for almost twelve years to run her own highly-successful gift manufacturing business and raise her three young daughters. Her handcrafted home décor items were sold in hundreds of museum stores across the country.
After selling that business in 2006, Kelly defied the old adage that 'there are no second acts'. Since returning to performing three years ago, she has appeared in a number of films and TV shows as well as in leading roles in many live theatre productions.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to obscure musicals and has an obsession with graphic design (especially fonts). When not in front of the computer, Kelly can be found in the kitchen preparing healthy lunches and dinners for her family (though she hates to cook.)
Kelly is married to actor Loren Lester
. They have 3 daughters.
