I could not fault them. They were referred to us by a friend who had used them. We booked all our tours online before heading to Iceland so benefited from some good discounts. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

booked for airport round trip paid extra for airport to hotel did not tell me they did not service my hotel till after i paid, [other coach companies did pick up from my hotel so dont know what the problem was] drop off and pick up was around 200 yds away,so contact them to see if they service your hotel before you pay. Also when you get picked up from airport the coach takes you to their bus terminal then all change to a smaller mini bus to your destination, you have to scramble to get your luggage off one vehicle to another and vice versa on the return journey. I did not see this mentioned when I booked.Otherwise ok but I would try another company next time.

Arranged with Grayline for a hotel pick up to the airport at 8:30am for 11:15am flight. They did not turn up! Luckily there was another trip from the hotel and we asked the driver if he could drop us off at the Grayline terminal, where we boarded a bus at 9:30am I explained to the customer service that we had not been picked up, the girl behind the desk just gave us two tickets for the 9:30am , no apology, nothing, she did not even speak to us . I would not bother using this company again as there are others that you can choose from that give a much better service.

Worst experience ever ..... booked & paid for trip to airport but Grayline DID NOT SHOW UP. Luckily our helpful Fosshotel staff Georg called them n was made to hold for 15mins by which bus had left. They had no solution and quick thinking Georg insisted Grayline was responsible as we had flight to catch. He got us on taxi to meet bus at Hafnarstrae (not sure spelling) to join the bus. Again the bus almost left without us. Terrible experience with Grayline esp after our family had such a wonderful time in Iceland. Shame on you Grayline esp when I noted it has happened before

Alongside a Group, we took a number of tours through gray line. While it's also fun to rent a car and experience some of the sites on your own, the tours and tour guides provided lots of information and we were able to see many of the sites quickly. Also, thank you to our favorite tour guide Dee Dee.

HORRIBLE - first time using Grey Line for the lava cave and waterfall tour and was not impressed with their service. Reykjavik excursions were 1000x more professional and much more enjoyable experience. Problems with service: -Late for pick-up. -Disorganised -Un-informative -Spent 3 hours waiting around for another excursion to come back so we could leave to go home.(so they did not have to pay for two buses for the different excursions)so we were left waiting in a restaurant with no tables, so customers were forced to wait outside in the snow and wind for 2 hours. - Spent another 2 hours waiting To go to the next excursion. -After waiting 3 hours the coach driver stops off for a cigarette break 5 minutes into the journey home. -when stopped at sight-seeing point for the waterfall after a 2 hour journey we were only given 15 minutes to see it! (Baring in mind it takes 5-10mins to walk there one-way)

Steady but not great service. Easy to book and make changes. Hit and miss with service really but helpful. No frills but get the job done. Used them for tours and transfers

I only used them for airport transportation and they were just fine. If you have an early flight MAKE SURE TO ASK for pickup service if you aren't right next to the station. Believe me. It will save you lots of time / cold
