Dear all,

While I am still staying on Google Plus, I am deleting this account and moving over to +Hector Hurtado. I am just too tired of having to deal with multiple accounts, as that conflicts with a smooth flow on mobile devices, Chrome sign in, etc.

Feel free to follow me at the new address. I have been somewhat absent on G+ as of late, but I plan on picking that up :)

Till then, over there,

Hector

http://streetglams.com/495-what-is-street-style-photography/

A short essay explaining the trend, and how I see it and want to develop it for Streetglams.

Check the cool outfit of Noemie, and how she matches that cool long magenta skirt with a trendy short top. It is obvious from her outfit that Noemie is ready for the travel she is planning.

Have a great Wednesday!

I remember our debate, however, after I made a test, not much changed anyway :(

I don't mind to try again, though...

One of the best reads of this week. Go ahead if you haven't already. You won't be sorry.

Advice from Bill Watterson, Illustrated

This was one of the most remarkable things I read on the web this week: http://zenpencils.com/comic/128-bill-watterson-a-cartoonists-advice/ Definitely worth a look, and possibly a share.

An interesting read, even though a tad hard to implement. Obviously, the key here is to routinize what is unimportant to one particular individual, as it won't work for on a large scale.

Even though I'm a productivity aficionado, and share this quest of efficiency, this article makes me stop and wonder: shouldn't everything you do be important, or else what would be the point in doing it?

Let us ponder for a moment in the hidden beauty of every act, the joy of a time seemingly "wasted". And make the most of it.

Boring is productive. What an interesting concept by Harvard Business Review. Take a look at what the article says about how US President Obama reduces his decisions by "routinizing the routine".

Amazing wildlife photography. And we all know how needed these images are, at a time where the natural world is most fragile.

The Masters of Nature Photography
The photographers featured in the ''The Masters of Nature Photography'' book published by The Natural History Museum are all past winners of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition which is run by the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide.

Story
Introduction
I am the Creative director and founder of graphility, a design & identity agency with a twist on Agile. For more information, please read this interview, and check my LinkedIn resume.

I like to create and deconstruct things.

Do you like photography and graphic art? That's great! I have posted some select albums here, and for the whole experience head over to my flickr photostream. You can also follow my wife +Marta Hurtado, photographer. Lastly, we both sometimes need models for assignments, so drop me a line if you are interested.

Do you enjoy thought provoking essays? I attempt to write these in the Construct, my personal blog. Lastly, for microblogging and headlines, twitter is just fine.

On Google+, I want to connect with designers, artists, analysts, Agile practitioners, thinkers, and doers!

Feel free to circle me under designers, photographers, artists, UX, Agile, Thai massage, controversy, and whatever else you see me writing about.
Bragging rights
I speak 5 languages fluently, and when I travel I strive to dabble in the local idiom. I am a certified Thai masseur. These days, I play a mean Go, and Guild Wars. I don't fall asleep, I pass out... I am aiming for polymath.
