Fair Trading Minister, Anthony Roberts, released a discussion paper recently that foreshadows an unprecedented shake-up in the laws governing strata title properties with the clear mandate to simplify the process of redeveloping strata properties.  The impacts of such a change would be considerable and would directly affect Australian tenants in many (yet to be determined ways). Bond Loans will keep apprised of the issue as it develops to provide updates to our clients and supporters. http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/pdfs/About_us/Have_your_say/Making_nsw_no_1_again_shaping_future_communities.pdf
