I'd like to start off by saying that my family has been bringing me here since I was a baby, so going to the Shiao Lan Kung has been an established tradition for us, they know us and usually treat us very well. We love this place. The last time we went there was January 10th 2016, and I noticed they hired a new waiter. Other tables that came in well after us were completely served and out the door before my family. The waiter told us he deleted our order and had to re-enter it. We got all our food very late, and one of the main dishes we ordered never came to us. To top things off, they didn't give my family fortune cookies at the end of our meal, but everyone else got them. I realize the length of this review, but appreciate anyone who took the time to read it. Very disappointed with the Shiao Lan this time, hopefully they won't make these mistakes twice.

While standing outside reading the menu a family came out and raved about how good the food was. They were right we loved it. We had Salt Baked Shrimp and Ginger Beef. Both were outstanding. Service was great as well.
