Hands down the best place in Vegas to get burger. Without question, head to the Cosmopolitan and check it out. PRO: +Amazing burgers. Try the "Gold Standard" burger (aged sirloin, smoked bacon, aged goat cheddar cheese, tomato confit, baby arugula, garlic chive aioli) with a fried egg on top. +Amazing bam-boozled shakes (with alcohol). Try the "Drunken Money" (Reeses, Banana, Malt, Frangelico) or the "Red Velvet Cake Shake" (Zing red velvet vodka, red velvet cake, cream cheese mousse, mini whoopee pie). +Beautiful waitresses. The outfits are completely appropriate, but are reminiscent of Hooters. +When you're table is ready they'll text you instead of forcing you to carry around a buzzer CON: -Limited cooking options. I tried to order my burger medium and I could only get medium well. Ultimately, it didn't matter because the burger was delicious. -The wait staff was hit or miss. The first time i was there they came back frequently. The second time, not so much. -It can take forever to get a table. I waited an hour on one Saturday afternoon.

This place is basically a burger club inside the Cosmo, and I convinced my friends to stop by here after a recommendation from Monica C. I think I didn't enjoy it as much because I was pretty full from my Fat Tuesday, but it was a pretty cool experience. The ambiance is great, although it is pretty loud inside. The wait was about 20 minutes on a Friday night. I ordered the Rising Sun, which was a teriyaki burger with avocado and I think fried onions. It was pretty good, but I didn't get a "burgasm." I liked the shoestring fries. I only ate about half the burger, which was reasonably sized but still not worth 20 bucks. Shakes are around $13 but looked pretty good. For the most expensive burger I have ever had in my life, I don't think it was worth it but for some people I guess its a value deal in Vegas!

When we sat at our table there was complimentary Salt and Vinegar Popcorn ready for us to munch on. The waiter came by and took our order, I got the Gold Standard Burger and Banana Cream Pie Shake. ~Drinks~ The Banana Cream Pie shake had bananas, vanilla custard, nilla wafers, caramel, creme de banana, licor 43, and white chocolate covered nutty banana. I couldn't taste the liquor in the shake, not even a little. The shake was thick, smooth and delicious. I would order this shake again! ~Food~ For snacks, we got Salt and Vinegar popcorn tasted good, it was buttery, tangy and freshly made. My Gold Standard Burger came with a side of fries and it had Dry Aged Beef Sirloin, with smoked bacon, aged goat cheddar cheese, tomato, baby argues, and garlic-chive aioli. It was cooked to perfection, the bacon and patty was juicy and the bun was fluffy. The fries was a bit soggy so I didn't eat a lot of it. ~Customer Service~ Thank you John for being awesome and for taking care of us!

Usually i am very impressed with holsteins. This time we had the buffalo chicken dip, it was horrible. We had the rising sun burger $18 i think but the teriyaki sauce was to strong and to much was put on burger. The pecan turtle cheese cake shake was good. Recommended appetizer philly cheese steak egg rolls. Most of shakes we have had here are excellent, cookies & cream, smores. Like the popcorn appetizer thats served for free.

On the whole, very good burgers. They can be pricey, but worth the bit extra you pay. The space itself can be pretty loud, so not a great place if you're looking for a host dinner. The wait staff are friendly and helpful. Try the spiked shakes, though...they're the real deal.

We're firm believers that great service should be recognized and this is why we'd like to take a moment to recognize and thank Manager, Kyle Collins for his wonderful service. Every time we visit Vegas we make a point to see Kyle at Holsteins. He has a way of making his guests feel special. Kyle greets everyone warmly, even remembering us by name. It's because of people like Kyle that takes customer service to another level. Not to mention that Holsteins has great food. We'd also like to thank Militia for her friendly, kind spirit.
