Are mornings a struggle for you? Do you struggle with weight loss?

An easy way to improve both issues is by eating breakfast. That's right, EATING!

That's because breakfast literally means breaking a fast, which our bodies undergo during the night. Eating a breakfast gets the metabolism going, which can provide an advantage for weight loss. Recent studies have also found that those who skip breakfast may be more likely to overeat later in the day.

So go ahead and eat breakfast. And make it a good one!

What's your favorite healthy breakfast snack?
