Ocean Harbor is a decent spot for dim sum in Philadelphia. Of the places in Chinatown, I'd say it's one of the best, but overall it still pales in comparison to dim sum in other cities I've lived in both in terms of flavor and selection.

Had a great time there today, my first time at Ocean Harbor. I've tried all the rest in the area, and this place has the best dim sum by far. The staff was very helpful and most spoke English, but we could have gotten away with pointing at what we wanted. There was a remarkable selection. 3 of us totally pigged out and rang up a $49.50 check. Well worth it.

An absolutely fantastic traditional Chinese Dim Sum experience. Most of the crowds that come in for the dim sum are Chinese nationals and Mandarin can be heard from nearly every table. The food is very inexpensive, authentic, and delicious. As an RA, I took a group of 17 Penn students for Dim Sum and they all thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My recommendation is to get out of your comfort zone and order the chicken feet, eat with chopsticks, randomly pull food items from the carts, and give your taste buds one heck of a ride!

It was okay. Steam cart service was slow and didnt move around the entire floor. Tea was good. We went on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Cashier was rude asking if we left a tip. I explained tip is only for good service which didnt exist. The food is better across and street and so is the service. Joy tsin lau is your comparison.
