Common fitness question: What is the best way to lose fat?

The simple answer is it depends! Every body is different. The best place to start is to cut down on trans fats, sugars, and alcohol. Eat Plenty of Soluble Fiber. And find a workout routine you enjoy that makes you sweat! (Lifting weights helps a lot too!)
