Strength. Torc Front Squats Wk. 1
3 Reps at 50% of 1RM
3 Reps at 60% of 1RM
2 Reps at 75% of 1RM
2 Reps at 80% of 1RM
2 Reps at 85% of 1RM
2 Reps at 90% of 1RM
2 Reps at 95% of 1RM
6 Reps at 80% of 1RM
8 Reps at 75% of 1RM

WOD
5 Rounds:
In 2:00, complete
200m Run
AMRAP Wallballs (20/14)
then, Rest 1:00

Each Round is 2:00, followed by 1:00 of rest. Score is total number of Wall Balls.
