Terry Schibi-Carter: My husband and I attended a culinary cooking event. We didn't know any of the people there but came to know them during the cooking course. We each had a certain food item for the 7 course meal to prepare then all sat down to share the food we prepared as a team. The instructors provided support, guidance and fun and the owner even taught my husband how to make pasta using a standing mixer. The kitchen and culinary school is set up for classes to sit and watch a meal being prepared and then shared or to be actively cooking with all the best modern appliances and tools. I would definitely recommend the Glendalia Culinary Studio.
