Woo hoo! Joel Hodgson took Mystery Science Theater for a ride on the Kickstarter comet and we've almost gotten to 9 episodes! If you've ever enjoyed these movie riffers you know what a special treat it would be to bring back the series for the next generation. I've been missing that Satellite of Love lately!

Only 9 DAYS LEFT to #BringBackMST3K! @JoelGHodgson talks about reaching 6 eps & why fans are @MST3K’s secret weapon. http://mst3k.com/kickstarter/update13
Up And At ‘Em, Revival League! It’s another glorious day here in the MST3K Revival League! You know, a day in the League is like a day on the farm: Every meal's a banquet! Every backer gets a reward! And every update, well, it’s like a beautiful parade! I love my MST3K Revival League!Yeah, I always wanted to say that. I’ll shut up now.On to the updates, huh? We've reached Goal #2: now we can make at least 6 new episodes of MST3K! ...

So excited about my friend Matt's project, Burning Man, The Musical. He's on round two of Indigogo crowd funding to get two new songs written for it. If you enjoyed the Book of Mormon you will definitely enjoy BMTM, provided it gets produced. In the meantime here's a link the YouTube video of the first song. Enjoy.

If you're looking for a small, but meaningful donation before the end of the year, there's only $100 to go on this Kiva loan. Support a young woman studying to be a nurse's aide and eventually a doctor.
A portion of the loan helped a member to finance the last of her initial education costs.

On the road agin...this time to the datacenter in Lenoir. NC. Weather permitting, of course, but I'm hoping to see these wild little guys roaming about on the beaches of North Carolina next weekend.

It's Wikipedia fundraising time!. Free knowledge for everyone in the world - and in their own language! Check out their thank you video, then donate! http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Thank_you

And, great news for would-be contributors of knowledge who don't know Wiki markup - now you don't have to.  Give it a go!  http://www.engadget.com/2013/07/02/wikipedia-visualeditor/
Thank you for your support. Read about why other donors around the world support Wikipedia and its sister projects, or find out if your company has a corporate matching gift program. Tell the world that you support Wikimedia: tweet it with hashtag #keepitfree! This page is not a receipt.

Our friends at Wikimedia Foundation are making one of their infrequent requests for a small donation. To help out, go to Wikipedia and you should get a request pop up asking you for 3 bucks. Don't want that Wikipedia to vanish! 🎈🎈😻🎈🎈

Best dinner and service I had in London! When I called one evening to see if I could make a dinner reservation for two, the gentleman said to just please come in and ask for James. Upon arrival my husband and I were shown instantly to a lovely table on the main floor. We each had a fish dish, sea trout and fillet of sole, both of which were wonderfully prepared! It seemed like the entire staff waited on us as they close attention to any possible thing we might need or want. Cannot wait to return for another memorable dining experience.

Let me start by swearing that I had had primarily horrible experiences at the hands of most dentists until I met Dr. Armi. He's now my dentist for life because I called his office on a Saturday for a dental emergency before I was even a patient (was near my house). The recording gave his cell phone as a referral. When I called, Dr. Armi answered, heard the problem and asked if I'd like to meet him at his office in an hour. Now that's service! Dr. A is warm and generous with his time and expertise. Through his technical and artistic abilities, he was able to resculpt my bite -- one of the main causes of my tooth enamel cracks. He's done extensive restoration work for me since my old caps & fillings are pretty much worn out and my smile has never looked or felt better.
