Where do I start? This place is a kind of a hidden gem in a small upscale town but Brews welcomes all types of crowds. They have plenty of seating and plenty of staff working at all times. The food is a great value and is always very fresh. Home made fries are a big plus for me. The pizza, appetizers and sandwiches are all great. I would eat here even if they didn't have a huge beer selection. Speaking of the beer that is why this play is a hidden gem. They have over 36 taps and an endless amount of bottles. You could go to brews everyday for a year and try something new. If you like good beer and haven't been to brews you are missing out! They now carry wine and run a happy hour from 3pm-6pm featuring 2 dollars off drafts. Ignore the old reviews this place is a must stop.

I stopped into the bar area a few days back and decided to bring my girlfriend in for dinner after my first visit. You walk in and a sign prompts you to seat yourself. We sat down in the dining area which was a mess. The floor was old concrete that looks like it was under carpet and they just ripped the carpet up. The lights feel like they don't work because half the room is dark. Back to the service, as we sat at our table waiting 3-5 minutes we didn't get waited on. I walked over to the counter by the kitchen and grabbed our menus. The staff saw me but it still took about 5 more minutes before anyone knew we were at a table. I saw this happen to a few guys that came in as well. After that the service was okay but overall it was horrible. Know the service was bad I was hoping the food could redeem that. We order some half price appetizers which were only 2 dollars each, a small pizza and a friend chicken dinner which was huge.(They can't be making much money on the food) The appetizers were okay. The fried chicken was nice and crispy and tasted really good. It came with some potato wedges and coleslaw both of which were not good. And now the pizza, they are a pizza place right? I thought the pizza was very mediocre, the sauce was not good. The pepperoni almost had no taste, I guess the cheese was the best part. I would avoid this place if you are looking for a place to go eat anytime, ever, at all. If you are looking for some of the cheapest drinks around, it might be a good place to get drunk with your buddies because I feel like I needed to be drunk to be in the place.
