I ordered the sirloin and crab cakes, and added the lobster tail, waited over an hour to get my food then my steak was cold, I sent the meal back then she said this should be better my kitchen manager checked this meal before it left the kitchen, I cut into my steak and it was raw pink as can be, never again will I ever go here again, worst experience ever!!!

Interior decor is nice, however the food is inconsistent. Appetizers were lukewarm but our entrées were good. Wait staff seemed preoccupied and inattentive.

EXCELLENT Customer Service. Host had made a mistake on my to-go order. Called and told them the situation, person on the phone referred me to "Julie", the restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Even met me at the door, correct order on hand and waiting. Again..... Great customer service. Thank you guys. Bang Bang shrimp is bangin'

Whom it may concern. Stop writing this filth and go seek professional help. You are the reason I go and see for myself when I dine out. Go to sleep UNCLE RUCKUS! No relations.

Use to be our favorite. After the last 2 visits I doubt we will ever go again. Food was bland & service was slow. Husband's fish & chips were just fried batter & soggy fries. The oyster Rockefeller was prepared with fake bacon bits. Horrible taste. Goodbye Bonefish. .we will wait for Pearlz to open at Stonecrest.

I treated myself to the Pineville Bonefish Grill for July 4th and regret the trip. This is my second visit to this restaurant and here's my review: 1.) Staff, are very friendly and attentive 2.) food is bad and the kitchen is slow 3.) drinks are good, but, overpriced 4.) food doesn't even look appetizing, I knew that the food would be bad when I got the salad because it was mainly a lot of uninteresting lettuce thrown on a plate that was much too small. I have also been to the Matthews Bonefish Grill and it is outstanding, so don't waste your time going to this place.

Probably the most mismanaged restaurant I have ever visited. The McDonald's across the street is run better. The wait is ridiculous even though the restaurant wasn't full. The glasses were extremely dirty and had stuff floating in my tea. The food was clearly not fresh, and I had to send my salad back twice. The lettuce was almost brown and wilted, and they actually thought that I wouldn't notice tomato juice left from where they clearly picked the romas off? I would hate to see someone with allergies get treated that way. You can see inside the extremely dirty kitchen, and the most disgusting part was the short guy standing at the bar with the heat lamps picking his nose then grabbing plates with our food on it. Also don't expect to get your food anytime soon. Most of the serving staff are far too busy standing around chatting to do that. Don't waste your time coming here if you like beer as their selection is abysmal. The wine selection is okay, but filled with the typical grocery store fare at about three times the price. About the only thing remotely decent was the lighting and some of the decor. I would have complained to management, but seeing how that restaurant is run they would have probably just apologized and given me a coupon while changing nothing. I think I'm better off just taking my business to Upstream, which is a far better seafood restaurant. After looking at other reviews. The short guy I saw was the person who commented here named Joey Hall. I recognize the face he used as his profile picture. If he really is the kitchen manager then there is no wonder this place is horrible.

This Bonefish was my favorite place to go. My last two visits have changed my mind. My steak was over cooked last time. This visit the service was bad, with multiple mistakes. The kitchen made multiple mistakes also. These visits have changed my view of what once was considered a great experience.
