Here's my post about not letting your diagnosis define you. Knowing that you have a problem is a good thing but if you buy into too much, it ends up limiting what you think you can do and how you'll feel.

This is even more damaging than the rejection itself. If you can tame this beast though, you've done a wonders in overcoming rejection.

This is a true and humorous story about how I passed out once getting my blood drawn. All is well now and I don't fear needles but for anyone who is afraid of them you're in good company. Fear of needles is a surprisingly common experience. If you have a story, feel free to share it.
