One big advantage to holding a bridal portrait session after the wedding, is that the groom gets to tag along and facilitate truly candid smiles, as well as serve as 'wedding dress train carrier, drink holder, and guarder of the women's bathroom door when the bride decides the wall tile is too awesome not to pass up (not pictured :). Was fortunate to make my third trip out to +Circuit of The Americas for my colleagues at +Texas Highways Magazine to cover this years' MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas.

After 25.9 miles and 49k steps over three days, here's something I did this past weekend for +Texas Highways Magazine at +Circuit of The Americas.

A few weeks ago, while visiting the Northwest Unites States for my sister-in-law's wedding we may a quick day trip up to the Nelson, British Columbia area of Canada. It was a really beautiful area, particularly the area around Kootenay Lake we got to experience while heading to and from the Balfour-Kootenay Bay Ferry.
