Yum! Pancake Friday around here this morning! Here is my recipe for some excellent pancakes:
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then add the wet to the dry.

1 cup oats, ground in to flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tap. salt

2 eggs
2 cups rice milk

2 tsp. oil (stirred in after wet and dry are mixed together)

Make these, cook up a couple of eggs, some soysage or sausage, cut up some kiwi, brew strong coffee and you have pancake Friday!
