Staying the night here was an awesome experience, thanks to mike for making my stay feel welcome and like i should be there. Mike made everything so simple to get to the room and answered all our questions quickly and was very happy to help us out. My experience at this hotel was great and i would recommend it to others. Mike as a worker should get tons of credit for making my stay great and id deffinatly be back just because of the customer service provided by him.

We have stayed here before because of family emergencies in the area. In the past they were very nice. I called again and was told I HAD to pay for two nights even though I would only be there one!!!! Business exists to serve NOT for customers to serve the business. I have a family emergency in the area and now have no place to stay!!!!

I've stayed here and the clarion and this is definitely the better of the two. Breakfast was better than average for a hotel. The hotel bar has a better tap beer selection than the sports bar we went to. Rooms were just fine. Not exactly a great hotel but it does what you need it to do.

Too expensive for the quality. Rooms were hot, air conditioning was very poor in our room, very out-dated, and the room appeared uncleaned. We asked for a refund immediately. However, the customer service was very accommodating and respectful of our decision. We received a full refund and his full attention to make us happy after we had made the decision not to stay.

Here are the Pros & Cons. PROS: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has reasonable rates. CONS: Dirty rooms. I found a used wet washcloth hanging in the shower. I doubt very much the shower was even cleaned. The office chair at the desk had white crusty finger prints on the back. There was no attention to detail when cleaning. I ended up walking across the street and booked my next two weeks at the other hotel.

Well worth the price. Excellent accommodations, quiet and clean. We don't like Gonzo's restaurant.because of poor service, but the free breakfast is very adequate. Carpeting in the hallways really needs replacing, but the room was very clean.

Low class front desk. I'd rather deal with bed bugs.

The price was 122$. The hotel smelled like a mixture of damp rags and cigarettes and our sheets were very itchy. We slept in our clothes and cranked down the ac which worked very well and it was ok. The breakfast was what I expected and I was pleased, plus they had waffles which is unusual for the normal cold bagel and apple continental breakfast. For the price and location there has to be a better option, I would look into the bed and breakfasts in the area
