I went in with a large group of people, all of whom arrived at various times. So understandably we were a handful for the staff, but 1/2 of our orders never arrived and we practically had to lasso our waitress in order to put in an order for anything past an initial beer. The manager was very polite and handled our complaints about the food that never arrived well, but the three waitstaff that we interacted with were all passive aggressive and made pointed remarks with guests who were not slightly rude to them at all. The pizza is good but other orders were heavy on presentation and lacking in taste.

It's pretty pricey, so the quality needs to be there. Unfortunately, to me it felt like an upscale Applebee's. I ordered an expensive rib-eye steak, and it arrived pre-sliced and drenched in sauce. The mac & cheese was disappointingly bland. However, the house beer selection was indeed delicious. I wouldn't call the food bad by any stretch, but it definitely wasn't impressive.

A pleasant place to bring a date, your parents, or your small kids. The food is solid, but not out of this world. It's a little pricy for the quality. Nice pub style atmosphere. Service is usually OK. I don't drink a lot of beer, but they have a nice variety of house brews and specials.

Solid grub, some great beers. A little overpriced for the area, but gets you away from the undergrads...

Had a holiday beer sampler all of the beers were good, and the food was right in par with the beers. Decor and service were also great. Street parking so have plenty of quarters during the day.

good food, good beer, good service, good ambiance. nothing exceptional, but i think the above average vibe is exactly what this chain has going for it.
