Under $700,000 still a competitive market for buyers because it's a Seller's Market. Some ‪#TheWoodlands‬ Home Sales Report Info. Contracts written in November jumped higher than last years November total and inventory (selection) is way better today than last year. We're seeing more buyer activity than last year because of inbound corporate relocation and people wanting to buy now before prices go higher in 2015.
