Food was ok. Service was slow as usual. No teamwork & a whole bunch of aruging amongst staff. There was profanity being said while families with children sat nearby. I see why this place is always hiring. I've worked in restaurants & never seen anything like this before. Very unprofessional.

Papa's is a Spartanburg staple. The menu consists mainly of breakfast food, as the name of the restaurant implies, but also includes a variety of burgers and other options. Prices are reasonable, with fairly large portions. Think Waffle House, but better. The quality of the food is very good. If you're trying to eat healthy, this probably isn't the best place to go. The food isn't necessarily steeped in grease, but it isn't as lean as what health-focused restaurants will offer. Every time I've been, the wait staff have been super nice. Southern hospitality runs thick here, and patrons are treated almost like family.

This place is ridiculous the staff is not Friendly and apparently the cook doesn't care about making food for a customer because they refuse to cook things without onions or the customers request! my wife and I waited an hour and a half for food when food finally arrived it was cold. I would advise no one come here for your sake just save your time and money just go to waffle house.

The first shift cooks is unbelievable rude, as are the majority of the waitresses. Absolutely a horrible experience.

I was told many good things about this restaurant. I've been there 3 times. The food was yummy, but the establishment is filthy! Plus I watched every waitress & even one cook handle money, then food, & without washing their hands. The condiments were sticky. The service was slow. You could not bribe me to ever go back. What a run down, dirty dive! I'm surprised that the board of health hasn't shut them down. Eat at your own risk....

Great food, but the actual place itself needs some touch up.
