Purchased a 2015 Traverse. Experience was very good. No problems or funny business. Everyone was very helpful. My salesperson, Shawn Frazier, was great. Would highly recommend.

Patricia Smith was a real pleasure to work with. I knew what car I wanted to look at and she explained all the features and extras to my wife and me. When we discussed the price I knew what I had in mind what we wanted to pay for the car and Patricia worked hard for us to get it, working with Jason (the general sales manager) to come up with a deal both parties could agree on. After reaching an agreement Jason even asked Patricia to go get us something to eat because we hadn't had dinner yet and we wanted to leave to get something and come back to sign the paperwork (he must have been afraid we wouldn't come back! LOL) When it came time for me to pick up the car, my wife had to work and we were trying to figure out how I was going to get to the dealership, Edwin (finance manager) suggested Patricia could pick me up at my house and then bring me to the dealership, which she had no problem doing! After the paperwork was completed Patricia spent a long time going over all the features of my new car and even helped set up the Blue Link system for me. She made sure I was comfortable with the car before letting me leave. Also she had bought my wife some roses as a way of congratulating her too. Everyone we dealt with at Clay Hyundai seems very nice and customer oriented. They are willing to go that extra mile to make the deal and make you a happy, satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Clay Hyundai.

I cannot say enough nice things about Eddy B. and DJ - Two very charismatic and genuinely friendly young men eager to help. I went there on a whim with a problem of being over in mileage on a lease vehicle - a Lexus. I wanted to know if I "down-graded" if I could get a new car I could buy instead of leasing. But being so badly over in the mileage, I was very concerned that it wasn't going to happen. But they eased my mind and then put me in a car that has more options than the Lexus and is so beautiful that I didn't feel like I was downgrading at all. I sincerely recommend going to Clay's and meeting these two fantastic guys!

Paul Shamon - Sales It was a pleasure to work with Paul Shamon to find just the right vehicle for us. He was able to get us a great price and the exact color we hoped for. The only reason we didn't give all 5's was that there was a bit of miscomunication, Frank and DJ stepped in to help the transaction close smoothly. My sales experience with Clay Hyundai went very well. Rich Garcia was such a great help from start to finish in explaining all the features and benefits. He took his time to go through my likes, dislikes and explained everything thoroughly. With Rich's help we were able to decide and made our purchase of a new Hyundai GT. In addition we worked with Sosa the Finance Manager. He treated us with kindness and assisted us in finding the right finance package for us. I can safely say I will be making all my future purchases and refer others to Clay Hyundai and Rich as my sale representative!

I cannot stress enough how great every single person is that works in this establishment. From the ease of use of their website, to Evan's first contact with me, and all the way to speaking with Stefania on the phone and then coming in and meeting Brian, Jerry, and Bob, I cannot tell you what a pleasure buying a car was from them. The owner has definitely put together a top-notch team! Everyone treated me with the highest level of respect, but I also enjoyed the way the staff shows their own individual personalities as well. I just want to take a moment to compliment my salesman Jerry on his calm, light-hearted, knowledgeable sales approach because I truly did not feel like I was being 'sold' a vehicle; It was more like I was being gently guided through the process of what might have otherwise been an extremely stressful day. He even bought me lunch! I am 100% confident in the purchase of my new 2014 Chevy Cruze LT, even in the wake of a highly publicized recall for VIN specific turbo Cruzes and a sudden, initially unexplained,stop-sale. I know they would not let me drive the car off the lot if they knew it had an issue. I will continue to tell everyone that will listen how amazingly different Clay Chevrolet is compared to any other dealership. Evan, Stefania, Brian, Bob, and especially Jerry have made me a customer for life!

very knowledgeable, very helpful, Mark MacDonald answered my question ns thoroughly and patiently. He went over every detail of the Chevy Silverado. The purchasing experience was quick and comfortable. The business manager was considerate and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant expereince3 and I love my Silverado. And I moved out of a Cadillac Escalade ESV into aq Silverado Crew cab.
