Its Monday morning and day 4 of our 8 week challenge 

Thursday we had our welcome night where 8 week challengers received their meal plans tailored specifically to their lean body mass and exercise level. Also included was a CD audio from  head transformation coach Tristan Enright on "Overcoming Fear". Friday we had the Total Body Composition scans which recorded body fat %, water levels, bone density, Lean mass, girth measurements, visceral fat and a heap more.
