These pigs have been raised in Meeker, CO at the Walsh Family Farms and have been bred by hand-selecting the best Berkshire and Duroc hogs around, creating the tastiest cuts that are amazingly flavorful, juicy, and tender. Order yours today for your Moab trip and feed the whole tribe, or fill your freezer and eat like a king through the slow season!

Butchered to order and to spec. Whole and half pigs available. 1/2 pig could include: pork chops, pork T-bones, one rack St. Louis rib, one pork belly, one butt, and one shoulder. Approx. 80-90 lbs total.

We can grind to make any style sausage, or completely debone to make boneless steak cuts like pork loin or tenderloin—possibilities are endless! You could also choose to butcher yourself and receive $75 off the total price!
