This is not a higher end shopping experience. The building itself looks as though it hasn't been well maintained over the years. Shops cater to the neighborhood it is in. No stand out specialty shops and the department stores did not have the quality of apparel you can find in malls found in neighboring towns. I saw people doing drugs out in the open in the parking lot last time I was there. You can go 20 minutes in either direction and find yourself at a much higher quality mall.

Express, Spencers, Hot Topic and F.Y.E are the only reasons i come to this mall. Other than that its trash. These are the only good stores left anyways. If they didnt exist in this far i would give it 1 star! 👎

Went to the Dillard's outlet and it was closed! On a monday. The food court is a joke. Not many stores that caters to me.

This place just isn't what it used to be. The only good stores are Macy's, Express and Victoria Secret. The other stores are overly sized department stores like Dillard's that only seem have 3 people in the whole store. The food court is empty. The west side of the store by sears and AMC is always empty. I just can't picture myslef going here unless I want to buy vitamins or a phone contract from one of he guys at the kiosks. The Irving mall but doesn't retain its former glory.

I've been there three times and I'm already tired of it. But it was not my choice. It was my sis who wanted to go there bc she loves Burlington and I hate Burlington. Plus, it is far far away from my home in Dallas and unorganized. I wish this mall never existed. I'd rather go to a bigger, cleaner, more convenient mall, like Northpark. This mall has become a nightmare to me.

I wouldn't recommend the nail spa's at Irving Mall any more. They discriminate against the handicap. I was born with lymph-edema in both my legs. It started developing in 2005. Had to retire in March 2007. From 2007 to August 17th 2015. I could get a pedicure at the nail places at Irving Mall. They would cut my toe nails with my lymph-edema. They did that for 8 years. Today I went to the Irving Mall and I couldn't get any of them to give me a pedicure. They said new policy. They did it for 8 years and over night a new policy. Sounds like a bunch of B.S. to me.

Super ghetto, escalators broken down, ceilings leaking, bad experience I would recommend the grapevine mills mall.
