5 days until your #RoyalParkshalf! Remember that your friends and supporters can follow you around the course on the RPF Half app – just ask them to download the app from an app store, it’s available on Apple and Android, and they can find you by searching for your name or race number!

If the weather is too hot for you to get out training, but don’t let that stop you being active. A walk around your local park is a great way to explore and stretch those legs. One of our favourite spots is Greenwich Park and the walk up to the Royal Observatory will really strengthen your glutes. Plus, there’s pretty awesome view from the top.
