Leonard Nimoy about Spock and himself:

"So he is not totally at home in the Vulcan culture, not totally accepted in the Vulcan culture because he is not totally Vulcan, certainly not totally accepted in the human culture because he is part Vulcan. And that alienation was something I had learned in Boston. I knew what it meant to be a member of a minority and in some cases an outcast minority. So I understood that. I understood that aspect of the character and it was helpful when playing it."

PANTONE & SKIN COLOUR

In her project "Humanae", Brazilian photographer Angélica Dass creates a catalogue of skin tones by matching 11x11 pixel swatches from posing volunteers' faces witch Pantone colours. The project has no limits as every volunteer is welcome to participate no matter which age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or social class. And there is no time limit either, no deadline by which the project has to be finished.

Introduction
Florian Satzinger was a student of well-regarded Disney, MGM and Hanna-Barbera animator and animation director Ken Southworth («Alice In Wonderland», «Woody Woodpecker», «Tom & Jerry», «The Flintstones», «Peanuts», «The Smurfs») who influenced him greatly. Having worked for clients that include Red Bull, Warner Bros., ReelFX and Disney, Satzinger is now developing Toby Skybuckle© with France and Japan based Ankama Media Group and John Starduck© with Tigobo Animation Studios. Besides his industrial career, he holds a lectureship for character design, analog animation and animation history, in collaboration with Maryam Laura Moazedi, at the University of Applied Sciences, Salzburg.
