Just went yesterday 08/15/2014 to take a look at the apartments, The manager was beyond RUDE, she had us waiting for 15 minutes, then when she decided to say hello, she was just on her computer and not even looking at us, finally she asked what we were looking for and she took us on the worst tour ever! she just pointed at the pool (that is disgusting and not even clean) then showed us the small fitness center and that was just a mess, and then she just dropped us off at the model and told us to look around while there was other people in there touring, the model was so dated and old and ugly. the carpet looked so dirty, the lay out was just horrible. it was just such a bad place to visit. Do not even bother on checking this place out.

I haven't lived here long, but the pros are they take all breeds of dogs, have free basic cable and keep the community very nice and clean. My gripe is there are three pools, one is "pseudo" indoors and can be heated, they just don't spend the money on it. Someone vandalized the workout room, so now you have to pay $40.00 for a key to enter at night. I also felt a little bamboozled getting an "upgraded" unit and my appliances don't match. I was told I must pay $55.00 per appliance if I want them replaced with new. I almost pulled the race card on them trying to beat a "Sista" down on the funds, lol! So, be sure not to sign the lease until you've looked at the unit! I got caught slippin thinking I could trust...."Never give a sucker an even break"...W.C. Fields
