I purchased a groupon and wanted to make it part of a birthday party. Rosie was the representative and she kept in contact with me weeks prior to the tasting. She arrived on time and was well prepared. She had a great selection for us to try and she was very knowledgeable of the product. The wines are like none you've ever had before, very unique and delicious. I will be ordering wine from them in the future.

I have used PRP wine three times now and have always had a good/very good experience. The wines that were selected were to our liking and the server was in good spirits. My first sales rep was great and worked well with my crowd even though he was a bit young. I would not say it has been a GREAT experience dealing with PRP but the times that I have used them have worked out for me. I have also purchased some darn good wine for a good price, when the 50% off a case discount was applied but this may longer apply. My $.02

It's unfortunate that the only reviews here are from people who had bad experiences. All I can say is that PRP Wine International has been very good to my family and I. We couldn't be happier. And heck, for a $19.00 in-home wine tasting you can NOT go wrong. We had our first tasting a few days following Christmas 2012. The wines vary depending of course on your personal taste. I have ordered every time we visit with our wine rep or attend a PRP event.

The inital wine tasting was ok...the wines are requested were not part of the selection. We were told at the end that we HAD to purchase wine, which was not stated on the Groupon we had purchased. I bought 3 bottles for close to $100! I waited 25 and was never contacted for delivery, so I called. I was told by the Rep, Oh its been in my car for weeks, I just forgot to drop it off! IN THE CAR FOR WEEKS! In the end I did get my wine and I opened the bottle with my husband, it smells and tastes awful! I am working on getting this resloved.....

I have been buying PRP Wine for about 5 years now, I have never once had a bad experience with either the product or the associate. The wine itself is "organic", as in no phosphates which = no headaches!! It is the one wine label I can thoroughly enjoy and trust without getting a horrible migraine after. Red or White I have loved both, especially the 'Chevallier de Bayard' (I may be butchering that) Great everyday Red though! Each PRP associate has been great, but I love my wine diva! With the Groupon, you should definitely give it a try, as even the free bottle of wine you receive is worth more than $19!!

I've only done one wine tasting with PRP, and it was free, but it was great! The rep brought many bottles of wine, which matched my stated preferences, and did a great job teaching us about the wines, bottles, and wine culture of the various regions. We were a group of young professionals, and everyone had a great time! He was a good salesman--not too pushy and very knowledgeable. I'd love to have a free one again, but I'd also be willing to pay money for that kind of experience too.

PRP Wine scheduled a wine tasting at our home on 1/27/2012. All my guests were there waiting and their rep (James) did not show at the scheduled time. I call the office in Tampa (now 15 minutes late) and they gave me his cell number. I called his cell two times with no answer and I left a message on the second call. James called back about ten minutes after that (25 - 30 minutes late). He told me that he got a flat tire and the jack didn't work. Ok, I can kinda understand that. Then he said that he tried to call but had the wrong number. Mind you, he had called three times prior, for the initial call, the scheduling call and the reminder call. He tried to get me to reschedule but I told him that my crazy schedule did not allow that and plus we had 11 guest waiting for 30 minutes now. Not to mention, we prepared some snacks. He did try to offer me some kind of gift if I did, but again with my schedule that didn't matter. James finally arrived an hour and ten minutes late, with attitude, as if we were the ones late. All the bottles that he had were opened and one time he didn't have to be there and that he could leave. I think he planned to be a 'No call, No show'. After the tasting some my guest wanted to order some 18 bottles of different wines. He said that wasn't their policy and didn't even try to accommodate my guest. Did I mention that 90% of my guest are business owners, and drink wine regularly. This 'IS' the worst wine tasting company in the world. My wife left a message with his branch manager, Jason Lema. I will update if we get an answer back. UPDATE: 1/28/2012 - The Branch Manager (Jason) called my wife yesterday and she told him what had happened. He said that he would call her on Monday. James the rep the rep that came to the tasting called and left a message. He said that he couldn't have different bottles in a half case but his manager could, (why didn't he call him when he was at the house?), and we could order it that way if we still wanted to. So far no real apology from James for not calling and being late. Very unprofessional. I'll update when or if the manager calls Monday.
