Two years ago tonight I took what should have been my last breath. Somehow I was brought back. Two very special police officers were guided that night. I owe them everything. I've been given 730 extra days. Every night since then I pray to my Heavenly Father and thank him for one more day and then I ask for one more.
730 extra days to see and hug my kids.
730 extra days to see Mikayla grow into a young woman. She smart, funny, and hates my music history lessons that I impose on her every morning on the way to seminary but she puts up with it anyway. She's put herself out of her comfort zone and joined ASB and does a great job at it. She is an honor roll student and hasn't missed a day of seminary yet this year. I am proud to be her father.
730 extra days to see Bryce grow into a great young man. He excels in everything he does. It's been a privilege to watch him put a basketball team on his back and score 25 points to beat a team that's older than his or to watch his first over the fence home run or seeing his fist pump after striking out a batter. To top it off he's a straight A student. We also hit a fatherhood milestone in that my 12 year old son is growing a mustache. I got to teach him how to shave! 730 extra days with the best buddy a dad could ever ask for.
730 extra days to see Madison work me like a puppet. She's had me wrapped around her little finger since day one. I've had lots of extra time to see her grow up. Every day when I come home she races to be the first kid to give me a hug. She's super competitive and stubborn but has a love for life that I am amazed at each day. Many of my gray hairs come from trying to find a way to help her and I wouldn't have it any other way.
730 extra days with my best friend and wife. If she doesn't make a phone call that night two years ago I'm not here right now. I can't imagine what that felt like to be in her shoes. She is strong. Stronger than she realizes. She keeps me on the straight and narrow(whether I like it or not). She supports me at all times. I've never seen her put herself first. Ever! I'm sure that most of the time that is very tough. I am one lucky man and grateful to have her in my life.
730 extra days to try and be a better man. I often don't feel as if I'm doing enough. I often feel as if I'm taking a wrong turn in what I'm doing or in my attitude. I've found that God loves me no matter what and forgives me for my trespasses. He wants me to be better and I am trying. If I don't have another day on earth I've been given a gift of 730 extra days more than I deserve. If I have just one more day it's just added blessings to spend with those I love and to work on being a better man. This life is a gift. A great one. I have great friends and a wonderful family. Here's to the next 730...or just 1. Either way it's going to be great!

Hi all. Where can I find some good online help for games? I'm looking for walkthroughs, tips/tricks, etc that will help out a new gamer. Right now we've been playing a lot of FIFA 15 but also AC.

Excellent read. Your personal brand is found in more than one place. I really liked tip #3. Take time to get to know others.

Want to be more punctual? I hate to be late but I can always do better.

1. Be realistic.
2. Give yourself a buffer.
3. Be organized.
4. Be comfortable.

Those people who are always on time? How to they do it? If you are part of the 20 of Americans who are chronically late get ready to change everything.

The internet won't survive. This article proves it.

In 1995, Newsweek published an article scoffing the future of the internet. It laughed at the idea that people would gets news, learn, or buy airline tickets online. It is still available on their website :

Ironically, the only way to view any Newsweek article is their website, since they ceased publishing a print version.

Here's a great story of a man who went to bed one night and woke up 5 days later not knowing anything about what happened. He's the same age as me. The doctors were ready to pronounce him dead and his son told him "You're not going to die today".

This family credits their faith in God for bringing him back.

Miracles happen! Another family is strengthened! Every day I am thankful for miracles. This life is a blessing. Use it to your full potential.

A 37-year-old Ohio man has stunned medical professionals after "coming back from the dead" -- and he says "nobody but God" could've pulled it off. It all began on August 5 when Anthony Yahle's wife, Melissa, called 911 around 4 a.m. when she noticed irregularities in her husband's...

What is a miracle? Is it something that happens infrequently? Something that does not have an obvious explanation? Both? Is it more reasonable to think that the doctors were wrong and he was not deceased after all or that this is the product of the works of an invisible celestial ruler that controls every movement in the universe?
