BF is my favorite place to visit with friends and have done so weekly for several years! Portion sizes have really decreased (and prices increased) over the past 6 months......especially Bang Bang Shrimp. They tell you its smaller plates and less lettuce but the same amount of shrimp. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the portion is almost HALF. What you use to be able to SHARE you can now eat yourself. lol. Still my favorite place to go with the girls! ;-)

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The server, Brendan H, was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained the specials and helped us choose a wine. We could not have been more pleased.

Ordered fish and chips….It was terrible. Greasy, the grease was so bad that it completely covered the French Fries. One piece of fish had calamari in it!!!! My wife’s vegetables should have been called vegetable as it consisted of one tomato and two small cubes of zucchini. When we left I had the taste of bad oil in my mouth for several hours!!!

Took all of my information, told me the times they had available then put me on hold and told me they could not accommodate me. The past 2 times I have been there the service was poor, the very last time the Manager comp'd our food. I won't be going back.

Friday, April 5th I made 6:15 pm reservations for my husband & I to go to the Bone Fish Grill to celebrate our 38th anniversary. Initially the service was ok, our appetizer fair. The computer system went down while we were there, this was something the restaurant couldn't prevent. What could have been prevented was the wait. Our server didn't keep track of whether or not refills were needed & she didn't keep checking to see the progress of her customers orders. Servers kept bringing appetizers to our table that weren't meant for us & had to return to the kitchen to find out where they went. We finally gave up at 7:30pm & left the restaurant. We left $10 on the table to cover the cost of the drinks, but nothing else. As we left the waiting line outside was unbelievable. Several waiting customers asked what the hold up was. When told, many of them chose to turn around & go elsewhere. Will we go back to the Bone Fish Grill again? The answer that question is that it is very doubtful we will.

I absolutely love their gluten free menu, especially the saucy shrimp!
