Never go here for Sunday brunch. The service will Ruin your whole day.. And you may or may not get your food at all. We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. We had to beg for coffee and water. My friends would have had two more drinks if the waitress would have checked back. Finally we left because the food never came. They d I d offer to pay for the drinks we had which I declined. I even left a tip because I don't want them to think I wanted something for free. I have never left a restaurant before or left a bad review as I worked as a waiter for many years . I'M leaving a review so that someone else could be spared a bad experience.

This is one of my go to restaurants in Philly. The food has never disappointed, the service is quick, and the beer selection is great.

Emmitt is in way over his head. It took about an hour to get another beer. On a side note, the meatballs were awesome, but the fried chicken sandwich was mediocre at best

Huge beer selection, great food selection, but on the more expensive side. Well worth it though.

I visited The Cambridge with a group of seven on a Saturday night. When arrived, we were told that the wait would be 20 minutes at the MOST. Instead, we waited over an hour for a dimly lit booth. Everyone was ready to order within 5 minutes; however, our food didn't arrive for at least 45 minutes. #1- The only salad on the menu seemed overpriced and unappetizing, so I requested a side salad (one of TWO sides you are given to choose from with the entrees). The waiter had no problem bringing it out early as an appetizer. Not only did they not have any basic dressings for the salad, (ranch, thousand island, etc.) when I asked what types of dressing they do offer, the waiter replied with - "every type of vinaigrette." So i requested a basic balsamic vinaigrette dressing, to which he replied- "oh we don't have any of that." ?????? #2- My friend ordered the same salad as I did. My friend's salad was delivered within 10 minutes. I sat waiting for my salad for another 10 minutes; when I called on the waiter to ask when mine would be delivered, he replied - "Oh sorry I forgot your salad. I thought you guys were sharing that one." .......? REALLY? The salad portion itself would barely fill a toddler and you thought we were sharing it?? #3- After waiting over 30 minutes for the food to arrive (having previously waited over an hour to be sat) my friends were very hungry. My one friend calls on the waiter and asks for some bread. A fancy plate with three paltry pieces of bread on a plate arrived shortly after. Yes, THREE pieces of bread for SEVEN people. #4- Once our food had finally arrived 45 minutes later, two more plates of bread were delivered to our table throughout the meal. We ate quickly and were given an outrageous bill. They charged us $5 a piece for the lame side salads, and they actually charged us for BREAD. $1 A SLICE. I SHIT YOU NOT!!!! The slices were half the size of a piece of biscotti!!!!!!!!!!) The bread cost us nearly TEN DOLLARS total. YES, ------ 10 DOLLARS FOR SUPPOSEDLY FREE BREAD!!!!! -------- #5- The server NEVER informed us that we would be charged for bread. When we asked for it, his response was very casual and didn't imply that we would be charged an additional fee. FOR BREAD!!!!!!! When the check arrived, we were dismayed to discover that they CHOOSE not to separate checks and a 20% tip had already been added. The service was subpar and the waiter barely visited our table, not to mention the attitude we received from him and his manager. We requested to speak to the manager over the outrageous bread pricing; he merely shrugged his shoulders and told us that it was "artisan." !!!!!!! You've gotta be kidding me!!!!! No table bread is worth $1 a slice, let alone zero dollars as it is ALWAYS free!!!!!!!!! Our large party took some time to assemble the check, given the outrageous unforeseen costs. The ENTIRE time we sat at the table trying to calculate costs, the waiters paced by our table impatiently. Everything about this place is ridiculous. DO NOT waste your money.

LOVE the pierogies, fried chicken platter, and the AMAZING beer selection. Great patio area (at least until 10:00PM)
