DIY Essential Oils Recipes:  FACIAL TONER
• 2 tablespoons witch hazel
• 2 tablespoons distilled water
• 2 drops Lavender essential oil
• 1 bottle (2 ounces)

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in the bottle.
2. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct
sunlight.
To use: Use a cotton pad to apply toner over your
freshly cleaned face and neck.

About: In this hands-on workshop, Licensed Massage Therapist and Foam Rolling Expert, Ronnie Fulton, will teach a variety of techniques including foam rolling, self trigger point massage, and resistance stretching in order to improve performance and reduce aches and pains associated with running.
