After 18 years of being located in Kirkland we are proud to announce that we are relocating to Bellevue Mid August. The future address is 11815 N.E. 8th street, just east of 405 in the heart of Bellevue. Upon completion we will be known as Infiniti of Bellevue.
We have begun the 140 day complete remodel process of what had been Nissan of the Eastside, who most recently moved to a new facility in Eastgate . 
We will be posting pictures to keep you updated on our progress.

Linda and B are rock stars! They really took care of me when I needed a special set of tires that they don't usually carry. Without asking, they offer me a loaner car so I don't have to drive around with old tires. Really great people. Top notch customer service!

Almost two months after driving away in my second car from Infiniti of Kirkland I am still thinking about what an awesome experience it was doing business with Matt Huyser. Matt was knowledgeable in all aspects and just as excited as I was to get me into my brand spanking new car of choice. I knew what I wanted and he was able to get it for me. The whole process was quick, easy, and very reasonable. Matt is the epitome of professionalism and an all around good family man; exactly the kind of person I enjoy doing business with. I absolutely love my new car so I don't know that I'll be letting this one go so soon, but I would definitely recommend anyone with great taste in cars to give Matt Huyser a visit at Infiniti of Kirkland (soon to be Infiniti of Bellevue). Thanks Matt, you rock!!!

The service department is terrible. I called them yesterday to report an issue with my Navigation upgrade. The upgrade completely took out the system. They told me it would be a $70 charge look at issues, even when covered by warranty. This was the second time I went there. The first time I went to have my front plate put on my new car because I did not want to drill the required holes in the bumper. They said there would be a $70 charge for that as well. I told them to forget it, I would go to Lynnwood. They reluctantly did it for free. I live in Kirkland, less than three miles from the dealership and thought it would be very easy to go there for service. I will never go there again. If you have service needs highly recommend Lynnwood Infinity. Their service manager Carrie is fantastic and the technicians very knowledgeable. When I called them, yesterday, right after speaking with Kirkland, Carrie put a technician on the phone immediately to have me try something at home rather than driving all the way in. When that did not work, they said come on in and we'll take a look. The technician looked at it, trying several fixes (over two hours of work at no charge). Since the issue was identified as likely a corrupt upgrade disc he asked I had to return them. He also said if the new discs fail they will replace the unit, if they are unable to resolve the issue since it is covered by warranty. Also, when I have go their in the past for upgrades to my car, they have always provided a loaner, done great work, and had the work completed at the time they said it would be so I didn't have to wait around.

Some reason price of car changes as soon as you decided to buy another car from another dealer. I went there to buy Q50 initially, and they offer me one price. It was getting late, so I went back next day for buy the car. Price was pretty fair first time, but when I went back price jump by 2K. Sale person ( can't remember his name) explain that he made the mistake. So, I decided to look around, good thing I did. I found better deal and better trade in at Kuni BMW Beaverton OR. Here is kicker, he calls me back very next day while I was driving to Beaverton, and price of Q50 went down again. What the hell??!! Wasted 2 days.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Q50 AWD Hybrid. Brandon in Finance has structured 3 deals for me over the years and continues to deliver straight forward and easy to understand deals. Now, I have been going to Infiniti of Kirkland for over 7 years now. Kerry and Linda in service is who I have to thank for keeping my beautiful Infiniti vehicles healthy (I'm on my 5th). Chris Beapre and the rest of the staff are amazing. Always superfast in and out service. And they are always busy. It's best to call ahead and book in advance if you can. They all go out of their way to help you with the best service around.

Linda Ross, the service manager, is THE BEST!!! She is incredibly kind and genuinely wants each of her customers to be satisfied. I can't wait for my next service appointment because she seriously is just SO nice!!! UPDATE 3/2015 I've had my FX for several months now. And of course, my fiancé was ready to join the Infiniti family as well. When I took my FX for service back in December, I had a Q50 loaner for a few days and absolutely loved it. I told Linda that she better be careful because that Q50 loaner is going to make be come back in. And three months later she was right. My fiancé did an online inquiry and Matt Huyser responded. I met with him the next day and was just blown away. This guy is seriously the best. I've never been so impressed before (okay well equally as much as I was with Linda)! We told him we weren't in any rush. No problem, no pressure. He was patient all day. He was so easy to talk to. Being personable is so key in a service position and he is an expert at it. He was able to get my fiancé into the Q50 and the price we wanted. I could seriously just buy or lease cars with him all day because he's seriously just that fun to work with! From the Internet inquiry response to the delivery of the car, the experience was phenomenal. I'm seriously so happy to type up a review like this. I'm even copying and pasting this onto google reviews too! Thanks so much Matt Huyser, we'll be back to see you next time!

Had this dealer replace a catalytic converter on my car. I advised the service rep that I will be ordering the part from a different dealer given they are charging half of what Infiniti of Kirkland is. Before ordering the part I specifically asked the service rep if I can have them diagnose the problem and apply the diagnostic payment towards the labor for the actual converter replacement. He stated "yes, you can". So, they check and confirm what I already know – need a new converter. Great! I order the part, call the adviser when it arrives as we agreed, and schedule a time to come in. When dropping the car off, the adviser asks to sign the paperwork where he states the cost to replace the catalytic converter at which point I ask "Just to double-check, you will apply what I paid for the diagnostic towards the installation cost of the part indicated on this paper?". He, again, states "Yes". Fast-forward to time of pickup. I come in after work and I am given a bill which includes the full installation amount without reflecting the credit from diagnostics. When I inquire about the credit we have discussed, I am told that they cannot apply the credit because the part is not theirs and I did not do the installation the same day as the diagnostic. If this is not deception, I don't know what is. The same person who told be the day before that “yes” you get a credit is now saying “no”. I called the service manager the following day. She stated that the service rep denied telling me that there would be a credit. Any attempt to discuss this with her over the phone led to me being rudely cut off and told "I am not giving you a refund". The charge was not a big one ($115), so I didn't pursue it further, but being lied to my face is not something I appreciate and will now go to Kuni Westside Infiniti. I have been a customer of BMW of Bellevue and Barrier Motors before and have NEVER had such poor experience as with this dealer.
